The trade show portion of the conference is held within the Coast Kamloops Hotel & Convention Centre’s main Ballroom, hallways, and Columbia Room. The Trade Show portion of the conference is open to the public to walk through by donation (minimum suggested $5/person). Funds raised through public attendance will be placed directly towards KEG’s Children’s Outreach programming. All past (2024) booth and display holders have first right of refusal on re-booking spaces until midnight on February 14, 2025. All un-booked spaces will then become available to new display holders on KEG’s Exhibitor Waitlist on February 17, 2025 and will be contacted directly by our Conference Coordinator.
